
Head coach responsibilities include but are not limited to: overseeing all phases of a competitive Division III women’s volleyball program; assistant coaches, budget management, recruiting, game scheduling and travel, player development and team building, practice oversight, game coaching, fundraising and alumni relations. Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (required); a master’s degree is preferred. Also required are previous coaching experience (collegiate preferred); a clear understanding of NCAA III philosophy and the student-athlete experience; ability to recruit in Indiana and contiguous states; ability to work as a part of a team environment; a demonstrated commitment to the Anderson University mission and Christian lifestyle. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate with a diverse student body, faculty and staff, effective problem solving skills and personal initiative.
