What We're Looking For

 

Baylor Athletics is seeking a motivated, passionate, and service-oriented team player to join our Branding and Creative Services team as the Associate Director of Video Production. This role is pivotal in driving innovative storytelling through social media, digital platforms, and in-venue productions across a variety of sports. You will help elevate Baylor's brand presence, engage fans, and support revenue-generating initiatives with high-quality creative content.

 

A bachelor's degree and less than one year of relevant work experience are required. A bachelor's degree, two years of relevant work experience and an understanding of sports videography, editing, and digital media strategy is preferred. This role will report directly to the Assistant AD for Digital Media.

What You Will Do

 

• Create dynamic storytelling content for social media, digital platforms, and in-venue productions.

 

• Oversee video content for select sport programs, including Baylor Baseball; serve as the lead video producer and travel to away events throughout the year.

 

• Shoot photography as needed at selected road events.

 

• Collaborate with the Bear Foundation and Major Gifts teams to produce content that supports donor engagement and philanthropic efforts.

 

• Support mailto:@BaylorAthletics social media channels with innovative video assets to drive engagement, marketing campaigns, and fan attendance.

 

• Shoot and edit video content at all home football games and other key athletic events.

 

• Develop content strategies that enhance student-athlete branding and empower personal brand growth.

 

• Contribute to social media strategies, boosting engagement and creating digital sponsorship opportunities in partnership with Playfly Sports.

 

• Execute creative video content designed to maximize visibility and increase licensing royalties.

 

• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant AD for Digital Media.

 

• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.

 

• Ability to comply with University policies.

 

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
