Assistant Coach Strength & Conditioning/Coordinator of Fitness Center

Connecticut College is located in beautiful southeastern Connecticut in the coastal city of New London, overlooking Long Island Sound. A proud member of the NESCAC athletic conference, Connecticut College is seeking a dynamic and passionate strength & conditioning coach who is excited about working with some of the top Division III student-athletes in the country.

The position joins the Sport Performance team, which plays an important role in the development and success of both the women’s and men’s teams, ensuring they are physically prepared. The position is responsible for supporting the programs in alignment with Connecticut College, Department of Athletics, NESCAC, and NCAA Division III standards, policies, and expectations.
