Position Summary

Every True Tiger Brands (ETTB), the official marketing agency supporting University of Missouri student-athletes, is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven professional to serve as Director of Student-Athlete Relations & Strategic Partnerships.

This position serves as a key representative of Every True Tiger Brands, working directly with Missouri Football and assigned Olympic sport programs while building strong relationships with coaches, student-athletes, donors, corporate partners, and University stakeholders. The Director will play a critical role in executing NIL and revenue share initiatives, supporting fundraising efforts, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional service to student-athletes and coaches.

The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator who thrives on relationship building, enjoys working in a fast-paced collegiate athletics environment, and is passionate about helping Missouri Athletics continue to compete at the highest level.

Essential Responsibilities

Student-Athlete & Coach Relations

  • Serve as the primary ETTB representative for Missouri Football and assigned Olympic sport programs, including Softball, Volleyball, Men's Golf, Women's Golf, and Swim & Dive.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with student-athletes, coaching staffs, and athletics administrators.

  • Meet regularly with coaches and student-athletes to communicate ETTB initiatives, provide support, and identify opportunities.

  • Serve as a trusted resource regarding NIL opportunities, revenue share, and student-athlete engagement.

  • Assist with onboarding new student-athletes and facilitating ongoing communication throughout their collegiate careers.

Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships

  • Assist in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors and strategic business partners.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals and organizations interested in supporting Missouri student-athletes through NIL and revenue share initiatives.

  • Represent Every True Tiger Brands during donor meetings, athletic events, networking functions, and community engagements.

  • Collaborate with ETT leadership to execute fundraising campaigns and partnership initiatives.

  • Help identify new revenue opportunities that support Missouri Athletics and student-athletes.

Sport Program Strategy

  • Dedicate significant time to supporting Missouri Football through relationship management, communication, and strategic planning.

  • Work collaboratively with football recruiting personnel regarding roster support, student-athlete needs, and NIL initiatives.

  • Assist assigned Olympic sport programs with NIL strategy, student-athlete engagement, and program support.

  • Support recruiting and retention efforts through timely execution of athlete agreements and relationship management.

  • Coordinate with ETT leadership to ensure each assigned sport receives exceptional service and support.

NIL & Revenue Share Operations

  • Assist with execution of NIL opportunities and revenue share agreements.

  • Coordinate communication between student-athletes, coaches, businesses, and ETT leadership.

  • Support contract execution, deliverable tracking, and payment coordination.

  • Maintain organized documentation and assist with compliance-related processes as necessary.

  • Collaborate with internal staff to ensure efficient execution of all student-athlete agreements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Organizational Support

  • Serve as a forward-facing representative of Every True Tiger Brands within Missouri Athletics and the surrounding community.

  • Build collaborative relationships with University personnel, donors, alumni, corporate partners, and external stakeholders.

  • Assist with special events, recruiting weekends, donor functions, and organizational initiatives.

  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts that advance the mission and growth of Every True Tiger Brands.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively with coaches, student-athletes, donors, and executive leadership.

  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in collegiate athletics, athletic administration, fundraising, player personnel, recruiting, sports marketing, or NIL.

  • Understanding of college athletics and the evolving NIL and revenue share landscape.

  • Experience building relationships with donors, business leaders, and community stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with OpenDorse, NIL Go, Compass, or other collegiate athletics platforms is preferred.
