Position Overview

Florida Victorious is seeking a highly analytical and entrepreneurial Vice President of Business Operations to oversee core business operations, financial management, and contracts/partnership execution. This role helps Florida Victorious manage finance and operations, execute athlete/brand relationships and is critical to scaling our initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations & Performance

• Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across athlete partnerships and business initiatives

• Utilize AI and other tools to implement dashboards and reporting that inform leadership decision-making

• Monitor and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability

• Track, analyze and report athlete and campaign-level social media performance

Financial Management

• Prepare, manage, and transmit monthly payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness

• Work with CEO on budgeting and planning

• Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting

Contracts, Partnerships & Deal Execution

• Lead negotiations with student-athletes, agents, corporate partners, and vendors

• Draft, review, and manage contracts related to student-athlete partnerships, brand

partnerships, and vendor agreements

• Structure and execute deals that align with brand strategy and compliance requirements

• Track contractual commitments vs goals

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, finance or a similar internal-facing role

• Strong analytical and financial management skills, including budgeting and cash flow oversight

• Experience directly negotiating contracts and working through legal language

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities
