Head Women's Lacrosse Coach

Juniata College, an NCAA Division III institution and founding member of the Landmark Conference, invites applications for the position of Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach. We are seeking an inspiring and dynamic leader to take the helm of our Women’s Lacrosse program and contribute to the vibrant culture of excellence that defines Juniata.

As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for the development, organization, and administration of all facets of the Women’s Lacrosse program. This includes strategic planning, day-to-day operations, recruiting, practice and game planning, and fostering a culture of academic and athletic achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a clear vision and leadership for the program focused on team development, academic excellence, and student-athlete well-being.

• Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that reflects Juniata’s values of citizenship, integrity, and competitive success.

• Oversee all administrative aspects of the program including budgeting, compliance, and scheduling.

• Actively recruit student-athletes who are committed to both athletic and academic success.

• Represent the program and the college with professionalism on and off the field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience in coaching, preferably at the collegiate level.

• Strong understanding of NCAA Division III philosophy and a commitment to the academic mission of the institution.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate student-athletes.
