Ticket Analyst, Spartan Ventures

Spartan Ventures is looking to hire a Ticket Analyst to support the Ticket Operations unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze ticket sales, attendance, and revenue reports across all athletic programs.

  • Build and manage dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Snowflake and Paciolan iQ to support leadership decision-making and pricing strategy.

  • Assist with dynamic pricing, inventory management, and revenue optimization initiatives.

  • Monitor ticket sales trends, purchasing behavior, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.

  • Manage ticketing-related data within CRM systems to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.

  • Execute and support ticketing email campaigns through Eloqua, including audience segmentation, deployment, tracking, and performance analysis.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations related to season ticket renewals, premium seating, group offers, and single-game sales.

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and revenue modeling initiatives for the Ticket Office.

  • Collaborate with marketing, development, digital, sponsorship, and external relations teams to support integrated revenue-generation strategies.

  • Assist with data audits, process improvements, and modernization of ticketing operations.

  • Create ad hoc reports and presentations for athletics leadership and external stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sports management, business, analytics, marketing, information systems, or related field.

  • Experience working with data analytics, reporting, or CRM platforms in professional or collegiate sports.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently.

  • Ability to work various hours including nights and weekends.

  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, integrity, communication skills, and desire & ability to learn in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry.
