
Drive revenue growth through strategic ticket sales and fan engagement initiatives. This position will lead efforts to maximize revenue across all ticketed sports, including Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Wrestling, Women’s Soccer, Baseball, and Softball. The Director will oversee the development and implementation of strategies for season ticket sales (public, donor, and student), group ticket sales, and fan retention, while collaborating closely with the Marketing, Annual Giving, and Ticket Operations departments. Additionally, this role is responsible for fostering a sales-driven culture that prioritizes exceptional customer service and a top-tier fan experience across all ticketed events.
Bachelor's Marketing, business or related field (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Three years of related experience in sales, ticketing, research database marketing or related
Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:
Ability to sell event tickets by relentlessly cultivating deeply rooted personal relationships with our OSU Family through elite written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to remain calm and think critically in stressful circumstances.

Experience with the Paciolan ticketing platform a plus. Experience with VOZZI, FEVO, and Salesforce a plus. Knowledge of the secondary ticket market a plus.
