| Job Summary / Basic Function |
The assistant coach, in collaboration with the Head Swim Coach assists in the direction and administration of the program in a manner that reflects the athletics’ department program goals. This individual reports directly to the Head Women’s Swim Coach and is responsible for creating an environment that is supportive of individual differences and maximizes the educational and athletic development of the student athletes.

*Assist in event administration of home athletic contests and high school athletic contests as needed by athletic administration. This may include but are not limited to team bench set up, field preparation, greet visiting team and officials, provide water for officials, direct student work force and act as game day administrator for events. |
