
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
· Manage all day-to-day business paperwork including, but not limited to expense vouchers, Concur reports, Purchase orders, journal entries and budget transfers for Athletics.
· Interface with accounts payable, purchasing and payroll departments to facilitate processing, including budget inquiry research as necessary
· Meet with coaches to review budget reports and prepare forecasting
· Plan, prepare and reconcile all cash advances for meals, recruiting and travel.
· Audit Concur reports for accuracy and completeness, performing reclasses as needed
· Prepare monthly team, administrative and fundraising reports for athletics
· Assist Senior Associate Athletics Director and Executive Director of Athletics with zero-based budgeting annually
· Serve as sport administrator for several assigned sports
· Serve as Senior Woman Administrator, attending league meetings as required
· All other duties as assigned.
EXPECTED HOURS: 35 hours per week, 12 months per year
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree required. Accounting, Finance or Sport Management preferred.
· Experience with budgeting for Division I Intercollegiate Athletics preferred or experience in a university business office
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Effective organizational and time management skills.
· Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
