Assistant Men's and Women's Golf Coach

St. Bonaventure University seeks an Assistant Men's and Women's Golf Coach to assist with the overall management of an established Men's program and a new Women's program, which has a competitive start in the 2026-2027 academic year. This position will begin June 1, 2026.

In conjunction with the Head Coach,  plans and executes a successful program that would include duties such as: conducting regular team and individual practice sessions; coaching the student athletes, evaluating athletes performance in practice and competition; monitoring the conditioning and training of student athletes, advises and counsels student athletes regarding their obligations to comply with all rules and regulations related to financial aid and eligibility, as well as personal conduct and academics.
  
Arranges and conducts recruiting functions including off- and on-campus visits, evaluations and contacts of prospective student-athletes.  
 
 Ensures that necessary athletic equipment and gear is available and in proper condition for scheduled practices and competition and makes recommendation for repairs or replacement, as necessary.
 
 Performs administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, budget preparation and monitoring, and maintaining statistics.  Attends coaches’ preparatory meetings and implements strategies resulting from these meetings.

The successful candidate must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
