Development Assistant, Athletics Buff Club

Advancement at the University of Colorado Boulder encourages applications for a Development Assistant to join the CU Athletics/Buff Club team! Under the guidance of the Senior Director of Development, this position provides administrative support for a high-performing and collaborative advancement team.

The Development Assistant will work on a broad array of administrative duties that are variable and sophisticated in nature and is tasked with exercising a high level of discretion and confidentiality, especially as it relates to assigned responsibilities with donors, faculty, staff and other constituents. This role applies skills and knowledge in multiple administrative functions, but many responsibilities reflect a distinct Advancement component.

What You Should Know:

• This position is working on-campus.

• This position will occasionally be required to work evenings/weekends.

What We Can Offer:

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 annually. Relocation assistance is available within Advancement guidelines.

What We Require:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience may substitute on a year for year basis.

• 1+ years of direct work experience.
