Senior Director of Athletic Advancement

Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Advancement with a dotted line report to the Director of Athletics, the Senior Director of Athletic Advancement provides strategic leadership for all athletic fundraising efforts at the University of Indianapolis. This role is responsible for securing major, planned, and annual gifts in support of Athletics while overseeing the Greyhound Club annual fund and related fundraising initiatives. 

The Senior Director develops and executes innovative fundraising strategies to drive growth in donor participation and philanthropic revenue, strengthen alumni and donor engagement, and advance institutional priorities. This position serves as a key liaison between Athletics and Advancement and requires the ability to analyze, communicate, and manage complex information with diverse stakeholders. A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, independence, and sound judgment is essential.
