Graphic Design/Content Creator

The Graphic Designer/Content Creator requires strong and versatile creative talent, relying on own creative ability to enhance and produce creative graphic content. The position is responsible for creating engaging visual content, from concept to production, for Kanas Athletics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly blend design, photography, and videography to produce compelling visual content.

 

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Design high-quality graphics for digital, social, and print platforms.

  • Create engaging visual content that aligns with brand identity.

  • Capture and produce photo and video content for various platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring creative concepts to life.

  • Edit and deliver content on tight deadlines.

Qualifications


Required Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Working knowledge of videography, including shooting and editing

  • Experience with Sony camera systems (preferred)

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced production environment 

  • Solid understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to turn around high-quality graphics quickly under tight deadlines

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends in support of events and deadlines


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in an athletics environment

  • Motion graphics or animation experience

  • Social media content strategy knowledge 


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and various digital devices, including, but not limited to:  cell phone, printer, copy machine, and other related devices. This job requires flexibility and adaptability in schedule and the ability to perform job related duties on short notice.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position.  Days and hours of work will vary based on the needs of the position. Early morning, evening and weekend work maybe required.
