
The Director of Creative Recruiting Content serves as the primary architect for the Women’s Basketball program’s visual brand and recruiting identity. This role is responsible for the strategic development and execution of an annual programmatic aesthetics plan, ensuring a consistent and elite brand presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Content Production: Lead the creation, capture, and publication of high-impact photography and trend-driven short-form video content for social media and recruiting.
Recruiting Strategy: Drive recruitment efforts through the execution of elite prospect photoshoots (including studio work) and the creation of personalized content for official and unofficial visits.
Social Media Management: Grow audience engagement by managing team accounts with innovative, platform-specific content that resonates with fans and prospects.
Brand Leadership: Manage the year-round aesthetics plan for the program, supporting the Head Coach’s vision and staff needs to maintain a premier competitive image.
Professional Compliance: Foster positive relationships across the university and community while maintaining a strict commitment to NCAA, Big Ten, and University compliance and academic standards..
Physical Demands: The scope of the position frequently requires evening, weekend, and holiday work (non-standard work hours). While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee operates a computer and other office devices, such as telephones, copy machines, fax machines, etc.; constantly moves about the facility and event site before, during, and after events for service clients; and continually communicates via telephone, email, and in person with others to exchange accurate information. The job requires the employee to stand, walk, kneel/crouch, balance, and lift up to 25 pounds.
