
Serve as compliance point of contact for NCAA Division I Bylaws 16, 17, and 22 for all sports
Coordinate playing and practice season declarations
Coordinate time management plans, annual reviews
Monitor CARA, RARA, team calendar, and other team activities
Review and approve student-athlete participation in outside competition
Coordinate approval process for foundation expenses
Coordinate complimentary tickets with ticket office
Coordinate facility approval process and related rules education for external entities
Review and monitor Student-Athlete awards
Monitor purchases related to nutritional supplements, equipment issuance, and other student-athlete support areas
Coordinate promotional item and appearance requests
Assist with oversight of institution’s name, image, likeness program and associated Bylaw 22 responsibilities
Assist with oversight of student-athlete use of NILGo platform and maintain compliance with associated CSC guidance.
Provide institutional support to agents, third party payors, multimedia rightsholders, and other external users as it relates to the NILGo platform
Review NIL agreements for student-athletes to provide education and ensure compliance with NCAA legislation, state law, and institutional policy.
Assist with agent registrations for both NIL and professional representation
Assist in maintaining registered agent database
Assist with compliance rules education efforts
Coordinate student-athlete on-campus housing assignments
Develop, implement, enforce, and maintain, in conjunction with the appropriate campus partners, documented compliance policies and procedures for complimentary ticket administration, review of foundation expenses, playing and practice seasons, NIL, awards and benefits, and other relevant areas.
Support compliance staff with day-to-day operations in all areas
Assist with waivers and interpretations, investigating and reporting secondary violations
