You'll work directly alongside the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, helping train multiple varsity sports while learning how to build, implement, and manage a comprehensive athletic performance program.

You'll receive valuable experience in:
Programming for multiple NCAA Division II sports
Speed, agility, and change-of-direction training
Plyometric and power development
Performance testing and athlete evaluations
Return-to-play progressions
Performance tracking and sports technology
Athlete monitoring and data management
Communication with sport coaches and sports medicine staff
Facility management and weight room operations
Leadership and coaching development
Building a championship training culture
