
SENIOR DIRECTOR OF CAPITAL PLANNING

Responsible for managing the programming, planning, design, construction, and activation of complex projects under the general supervision of the Senior Associate AD. This role ensures projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and meet all program objectives and appropriate government regulations. This position acts as a liaison between the client/users and all other project participants, including consultants, contractors, vendors, and outside jurisdictional agencies. They are responsible for planning, scheduling, assigning, and overseeing the work of project participants and assigned project managers.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a work-related discipline/field and 5 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience. Knowledge of CAD system, CAFM, estimating, cost control, scheduling, Pro-Core construction administration, quality control, specification writing, and space planning. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements related to areas of functional responsibility. Knowledge of technical, professional, and business fields related to architecture, construction, and building design processes. Preferred qualifications: Division 1 Intercollegiate Athletics Experience, NFL, NBA, MLB, or Sports Architecture. Project Management of a minimum $100 million of construction.
