Job Summary

Manages a comprehensive program to ensure compliance with all league regulations and policies. Contributes to the further development of compliance programs and policies.

Essential Functions 

Manages the compliance program and oversees daily departmental activities. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and policies throughout the Athletics department. Assists in the development and updating of compliance policies and procedures. Interprets and explains compliance policies and concepts. Updates departmental policies on all systems as changes arise. Makes recommendations regarding control, systems, monitoring, education, and reporting processes and procedures. Oversees the administration and management of the rules education program. Maintains relationships with University staff and supports them in rule interpretation processes, resolving any discrepancies as necessary. Investigates and reports violations and implements corrective actions as necessary.

Physical Effort 

Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
