Oversees day-to-day functions for the Athletics Compliance Office. Manages and processes compliance files and confidential National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), and other associated University reports. Assists in strategy development; ensures regulation adherence. Manages compliance monitoring. Monitors NCAA rules. Coordinates certificates of eligibility and maintains communications with NCAA officials.

Essential Functions
• Oversees daily operations of the Athletics Compliance Office.
• Assists in formulating and implementing strategies and systems for University athletic programs to ensure rules and regulations are followed.
• Processes and manages compliance files and confidential NCAA/ACC/University reports.
• Manages the compliance monitoring process; Monitors NCAA rules, including Bylaws 11,13, and 16, and ensures university-wide adherence.
• Maintains regular contact with officials from the NCAA and the conference to obtain current and accurate information regarding regulations and compliance.
• Coordinates all certification of eligibility and oversees financial aid procedures within the Office of Intercollegiate Athletics in conjunction with campus certification officials.
• Documents, updates, and improves upon policies and procedures regarding student-athlete academic certification and monitoring.
• Develops and prepares submission of NCAA/ACC requests and reports. Contributes findings during compliance team meetings
