
Head Coach Women's Diving
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for all phases of the Division I Women's Diving program at the University of Richmond. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: coaching and student-athlete skill development, recruiting, administrative tasks related to the operation of the program, and providing a positive collegiate experience for student-athletes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to lead/manage others
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of all applicable NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in coaching Women's Diving is required.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of social media is preferred.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree - required
• Master's Degree - preferred
• 4-7 years Previous experience coaching on the collegiate level is highly desirable.
Scheduled Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:30 am to 5 pm. Schedule may vary
Salary: $40,000 to $45,000 annually. Full-time with benefits.
