Director of Ticket Sales and Outreach

NOTE: Campus title is Outbound Sales Marketing Specialist. Working title is Director of Ticket Sales and Outreach.

• Leads all ticket sale efforts for UTA Athletics, including season tickets, mini plans, group sales, and single-game tickets for revenue-generating sports.

• Serves as the primary liaison to the College Park Center Box Office and oversees AXS ticketing operations, including inventory management, offer setup, pricing, event builds, CRM maintenance, performance tracking, and sales analysis.

• Develops and implements annual sales strategies, outreach campaigns, and revenue goals to drive growth and fan engagement.

• Designs and executes group ticket packages and fan experience programs (FEPs) in coordination with coaches and game operations staff.

• Collaborates with marketing and external operations to build ticketing timelines, promotions, and themed events; represents UTA Athletics at community events and with campus and university partners.

• Recruits, trains, and supervises student interns and ticket office assistants.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
