
Job Duties
1. Content Creation: Conceptualize, develop, and produce multimedia content including videos,
graphics, GIFs and photos tailored for social media, our website, email newsletters, and other
digital channels.
2. Storytelling: Craft content that highlights the unique personalities, achievements, and behind-
the-scenes moments of student-athletes, coaches, and teams.
3. Campaign Development: Collaborate with athletics marketing and communications teams to
create integrated campaigns that align with athletics goals and promote events and ticket sales
through graphic and visual means.
4. Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos during practices,
games and events, ensuring content is visually compelling and aligns with brand guidelines.
Create and edit pregame and postgame quick-hitting social media hype videos.
5. Content Strategy: Develop and execute content calendars, staying updated with current trends
and best practices in digital content creation to maximize reach and impact.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with athletics department staff, coaches, athletes, and external
partners to gather content ideas, feedback, and approvals.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics of content campaigns, analyze data to
optimize future content strategies, and provide regular reports
