HokieVision's goal is to deliver personalized, significant and unexpected experiences to fans at all of Virginia Tech's home venues. As part of the HokieVision team, the Associate Director / In-Venue Experience, will work to entertain the best college fans in the country.
This position is part of the In-Venue Experience team, and will assist in developing, producing, and executing videoboard shows. Job responsibilities include planning and creating in-venue videoboard shows and working in the control room to execute them. The selected candidate will work with the Athletics external leadership team to plan and execute department initiatives. This position will also be the department representative in select sport squads. The position will report to the Assistant AD of In-Venue Experience.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with significant experience, or a master's degree.
Ability to work in a collaborative team setting, while also being self-motivated, organized, and have a strong work ethic
Professional live game control room production experience
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Flexibility to work outside of typical business hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Ross Dashboard.
Experience supervising or training students.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects.

Exempt: Not eligible for overtime
